Parties and contract formation
Confirm who will enter the service agreement with the participant and which documents define it. The SCS brand name is not a substitute for verified contracting-party details. This review page is not the agreement.
Application and booking
Separate application review from the later proposal, contract, confirmed dates and payment. Acceptance of an application is not a confirmed place. The reviewed terms must identify the later agreement step and the confirmation the participant receives.
Scope, price and payment
Match the agreement to the selected route and offer: included work, exclusions and any separately agreed activity. Confirm full price and tax presentation, payment handling and extra or repeat charges from the approved commercial records; this draft sets none of those amounts.
Delivery and responsibility
The review must allocate SCS, coach and facility responsibilities for delivery, equipment, insurance and safety. Those allocations need actual agreements. A facility relationship does not, by itself, transfer every responsibility to the dropzone or justify a blanket waiver.
Changes, cancellation and interruption
Address weather and operational disruption, participant cancellation, rescheduling, interrupted or unused delivery and provider failure separately. Distinguish an activity that never took place from a completed repeat. Refunds, credits, notice periods and any charges need reviewed rules, not assumptions.
Consumer rights and disputes
The qualified reviewer must determine applicable consumer rights, withdrawal rules and exceptions, complaints and dispute wording for the actual agreement. Confirm required contract languages and document versions as well; this draft neither excludes withdrawal nor promises a universal refund.
