The school
Personal progression, not course processing.
The student is never pushed through a standard commercial sequence. The route adapts to goals, experience, fears, language, time and readiness — without ever lowering the standard it leads to.
The goal is not only a licensed skydiver. It is a responsible flyer: someone who understands what they are doing and why, makes safe decisions without supervision, and knows when to say “not today”.

Andrew Marushko
Founder and progression lead. Andrew plans each route personally and coaches it from the first conversation to independent flying.
Andrew founded Skydive Coach Spain to build the kind of progression system he believes students deserve: personal, honest, technically serious and built around long-term development.
Today he personally guides students through their route — planning, AFF and progression coaching, video debriefing and the selection of the right training environments — and defines the standard that future coaches and programmes must follow.

Full attention. Private planning. Selective access.
Private with Andrew is a selective, application-led layer: private AFF, intensive licence progression, individual tunnel programmes and highly personalised training routes.
Private means full attention, privacy and personal planning. It never means purchased readiness or exceptions from safety standards.
