Privacy — review draft.
This page is for text and layout review, not an operative privacy notice. The responsible party, processing details and rights-request channel still need confirmation before publication.
Who is responsible?
Before publication, identify the person or entity responsible for processing and the approved privacy contact. The SCS brand name alone does not identify that party; the reviewer must confirm the details for the actual operating setup.
Data and purposes
The review must map data used to deliver pages and media, technical logs and security checks to a purpose and legal basis. Closed forms do not, by themselves, mean that browsing involves no personal data.
Services and transfers
List only services actually used in the reviewed environment. Confirm their role, recipients, processing locations and any international-transfer safeguards before naming them in the notice. An existing account is not evidence of active processing.
Retention and deletion
Set a retention period or clear deletion criteria for each data category, including technical logs and any backups. Any exception requiring longer storage needs a documented reason and a defined review point.
Rights and how to ask
The final notice must explain applicable rights, how to make a request, proportionate identity checks and the supervisory-complaint route. The rights-request channel is not confirmed here; the closed general-contact page is not a substitute.
Versions and later changes
Publish matched English and Russian notices only after professional review and owner acceptance. Opening applications, messaging or other data flows requires a new review; this draft does not approve those changes or establish an effective date.
Review first. Publish separately.
Publication needs verified facts, approved English and Russian wording, owner acceptance and a separate release instruction. This draft establishes no policy effective date or legal approval.
