This Privacy Policy explains how Skydive Coach Spain handles personal information sent through the website, contact forms, email, WhatsApp or coaching enquiries.
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, preferred language, experience level, target dates, selected programme, message details and source page. We use this information to reply to your enquiry, assess programme fit, plan coaching communication and keep a practical record of the conversation.
We may also process limited technical information for security, spam prevention, analytics, error monitoring and site reliability. This can include request metadata, anti-spam verification signals, browser information and anonymised or pseudonymous analytics events.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the website, respond to your enquiry, use trusted service providers, comply with law, or coordinate a training route after you ask us to do so.
Skydiving training, course bookings, jump approvals, equipment procedures, safety briefings and certification decisions are handled by the relevant dropzone, instructors, tunnel provider or governing procedures. If your route involves a third-party provider, their own privacy terms may also apply.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is useful for communication, coaching context, legal compliance or legitimate business records. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to certain processing, by contacting stuff@skydivecoachspain.com.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to contact a supervisory authority. Contact us first if you want to resolve a privacy question directly.
